1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup all purpose whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Cream butter and Splenda Brown Sugar Blend together. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* F for 8 - 10 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
